After executing each test case/suite we need to store test results some where. Generally we store test results in database,flat files or sending mails.
Generally higher management need test results statistics like Daily,weekly,monthly..etc test reports.To provide these reports we need another application (may be a web application) which can read test results from Database,flat files, mails and display in nice format. Some times we need to send test results statics in email to higher management.
